Hey folks. For those of you who have been reading for a while, I have traditionally written my posts and linked to Youtube for any video content I provided. I still like the format of keeping the video and text/photo reviews distinct. However, I want to start hosting the video content directly on this site. As a result, over the next few weeks I am going to publish videos for which I have already provided the text information. I will provide a link to the original note, as well. If you are in Narita Terminal 2, as a general rule if you have access to the lounge of a One World member airline you will have access to several lounges. There are exceptions, of course, but as a general rule if you have a premium class ticket or elite status in a member airline you can go where you would like. My favorite in the area are the first class and business class lounges from JAL. Those lounges both have great food and plenty of space. However, if what you need is a quiet place away from the crowds and perhaps some help with an American Airlines flight, the Admiral’s Club in Narita Terminal 2 presents a solid option. I am in the Admiral’s Club in DFW Terminal B right now and just saw this. I thought you should know:
It was excellent. Options were lime, tomato, onion, corn, salt, pepper, cotija cheese, cilantro, and jalapeno. What more do you really need for a service enhancement that is an honest to goodness enhancement?
So I have been through some fairly sketchy places in my life- Abuja, Lagos, and Managua seem to stand out. For some reason, I was expecting pretty much the same thing when I went through the domestic terminal in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia (DPS) recently. I was happily quite mistaken– it is an excellent modern terminal with everything I could want while preparing for a flight.
