I reported earlier that Royal Caribbean was showing incorrect balances for cruisers who had purchased additional items such as shore excursions, and I followed up later by saying that they did not see any problem. I am pleased to report today that the website again appears to be showing correct information. The total now simply shows the cruise total, and all of the packages I had originally purchased are still there. I will report back when I board the ship on Sunday, but it looks like this problem has been fixed. Huzzah!
