Versailles Restaurant for an Excellent Cuban Meal in Miami

Sometimes long waits are worth it. When I arrived at Versailles Restaurant in the Little Havana district of Miami, I was told the wait would be a half hour. It wound up being 25 minutes. When I was seated, it took a while for a waitress to come by. When I had finished eating, I had to wait a half hour for someone to bring me my check. All of those waits were worth it, though.
