Carnival Dream Deck 3 (theatre, lobby bar, shore excursions, and guest services)

The Carnival Dream frequently sails short itineraries out of Galveston. One of the principle passenger decks is Deck 3, which contains the Main Dining Room (MDR), theatre, Lobby Bar, guest services, and a few other spaces. Carnival Dream Breakfast Buffet

It has been a looooonnnnnggggg time since we have been able to post about cruises. I have another one scheduled in December on the Carnival Breeze. I cannot tell you how excited I am. Getting ready for that cruise, however, made me find some old videos from the Before Times. You know, before COVID took over the world. One of the videos I found was of the Carnival Dream Breakfast Buffet and Blue Iguana. The upshot? Carnival’s buffet wasn’t great. What was amazing was the other free food options they had– things like the Blue Iguana.

February 2020 Galveston Cruise News

Last month was busy for cruise news from Galveston. Here are some of the biggest news items that we will cover this month:

  • Several Liberty of the Seas sailings for next year were cancelled due to an extended dry dock.
  • The Carnival Dream cruise departing January 6 had to return to Galveston for a medical emergency.
  • The Carnival Dream and Royal Caribbean Enchantment of the Seas had long fog delays January 15
  • Royal Caribbean will release their Summer 2021 short Caribbean itineraries the week of March 2.
